Check Tire Pressure & Tread Regularly

1. Pressure Check: Use a tire gauge monthly (when tires are cold) to ensure they’re inflated to the level listed in your manual or door jamb sticker. Underinflated tires wear unevenly and hurt fuel efficiency.

2. Tread Check: Insert a penny into tread grooves (Lincoln’s head upside down). If you see all of his head, replace tires—they’re too worn for safe traction.
