Legally, automakers cannot specify which parts are used to complete your vehicle's service. You may use any brand-name quality parts to replace fan belts, hoses, brakes, exhaust or chassis parts and more.

What do I have to do to keep my car or truck's warranty in effect?

Make sure your vehicle is serviced at the intervals specified in your owner's manual or warranty booklet and keep clear records of your vehicle's maintenance. Be sure to have the date, parts installed, vehicle identification number and mileage recorded on the invoice. Keep these receipts in a safe place.     They had installed a radiator a couple of months ago and unfortunately it was defective (no fault of theirs) so I took it back around 4:00 pm on a Friday. Since this is my only vehicle and I had plans for the weekend they opted to fix it there right away. They contacted their parts warehouse and had a radiator delivered right away and had me back on the road very quickly. Thank you to everyone at Save On.

    I am so happy with the service I was provided from this team. I brought them a car that had a multitude of problems because I bought it from a guy on offer up who thought he was a mechanic and ruined the car. They took care of everything and all for a VERY reasonable price. As soon as you walk into their lobby you are put at ease because you can see they are AAA certified, have awards for their service, and best of all you see a picture of their employees showing what a close knit group they are. They are a family owned business and they definitely treat you as if you are being welcomed into their family because they truly take care of you! This team is dedicated to providing top notch service to their customers to ensure peace of mind. Angie has wonderful customer service and is very professional. I was so grateful to have someone who was willing to explain everything they worked on so I didn't just sign a piece of paper without knowing exactly what I was signing for.
